Where do I add out-of-pocket expenses for a 1099?

I can only find a business expense for w-2. We have business expenses for 1099 however.

    You can enter 1099NEC or cash Self Employment Income into Online Deluxe  but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to the Premium version.

    1099-NEC  is self-employment income, so you can deduct self-employment expenses.   Use this TurboTax FAQ for instructions to enter those expenses.
