Where do I enter form 1099-SA, and forms 5498, SA

Please follow steps below for 1099-SA data entry:

  1. Federal Taxes
  2. Deductions & Credits
  3. Scroll down to Medical and select HSA, MSA Contributions - follow the prompts, you will be asked about the form and if you used the funds for qualified medical expenses.

As to form 5498 or 5498-SA, they are for informational purposes only and are not reported on your tax return. Please keep them for your records only.
