Medical, dental, and vision expenses are reported on Schedule A and entered in the Deductions & Credits section:

  • Federal Taxes > Deductions & Credits
  • Scroll down to the Medical section and click Start next to Medical Expenses
  • You will then be prompted to enter your medical expenses, starting with prescriptions.

Yes, you can make payment arrangement with the IRS if you owe.  To can either set up arrangements via phone at 800-829-1040 or online at https://www.irs.gov/individuals/online-payment-agreement-application.
