Where do I enter payments from my brother to stay at home with her and keep her out of nursing home, she has alzeihmers?

I stay home with my mother and my brother gives me money so we can keep her at home.  where do I claim the income?

Is this actual income for you or is he just giving you money to help out? If he hired you to do a job, then it is income. If he is just helping out, he can gift up to $16,000 to any person in 2022. If he gives you more, he will have to file Form 709 for gift tax.

The annual gift exclusion for 2021 is $15,000.
