To get to the Arizona Form 321 screens, please follow the instructions below:
- Open your State return.
- Continue through the pages, until you get to the page, Other Nonrefundable Credits.
- Click on the box next to Contributions to qualified charities (Form 321).
- Click Continue.
- Enter your information on the following screens.
