After entering all of your income, TurboTax will walk you through the Deductions &  Credits section - to go directly to that section, search for eic and then click on Jump to eic.   You have to be inside of your tax return for the search to work - you should see all the menu items (Federal, State, My Info, File, etc.) on the left before searching.
