I have my 1098 form, but box 10 does not show a monetary amount, it just shows my property address.

Property taxes are not always reported as part of your 1098 form from your mortgage company.

If they are paid through an escrow account, you can usually find the amount paid printed somewhere on your mortgage statement or as supplemental information sent with your 1098 form.  You may also be able to call the customer service number for your mortgage company to get the information that way.  If all else fails, contact your local tax assessor’s office for information.
