To enter, edit or delete Child and Dependent Care expenses -

    Click on Federal Taxes
    Click on Deductions & Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
    Under You and Your Family
On Child and Dependent Care Credit, click on the start or update button

Or enter child care deductions in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to child care deductions

If you're referring to the Nebraska credit, see the TurboTax Help article What's Nebraska's new child care refundable credit? for entry guidance.

At the moment, the Nebraska form on which the credit can be claimed isn't yet available in TurboTax.  The refundable credit will be claimed on Form 2441N, Nebraska Child and Dependent Care Expenses

To monitor the form's availability, see TurboTax's Tax form availability app:

    1. Use the dropdown at the top of the page to select your TurboTax Product -- TurboTax Online, TurboTax Windows, or TurboTax Macintosh
    2. Select 1040 Individual under the Select return type dropdown
    3. Select Nebraska under the Select agency dropdown

A listing of available state forms will be generated.  See the TurboTax Help article When will my individual tax forms be available in TurboTax? for more information.
