Where do I find Unreimbursed employee expenses and DOT meals for turbo tax online self employed

That's under Employment Expense, under Job Related Expenses.

To find this:

• Go to the top of your screen and choose My Account.
• Choose Tools.
• Choose Topic Search, then type in your topic (employee business expenses) and click Go.

There are several screens in this section that may or may not apply to you. One important screen is Do any of these uncommon situations apply to Your Job? You need to check that you are in the transportation industry. See the screenshot below.

Continue through the screens until you reach Any Other Expenses? where you can enter an amount in Meal expenses covered by department of transportation Rules. See the screenshot.
