Where is the South Carolina Form I-385 Motor fuel credit?

The Motor fuel credit no longer appears on form SC1040TC (the list of tax credits for 2023). You can see the form here.

And in the list of forms, the I-385 no longer appears, see here.

I can't find where this credit was eliminated, but it's not on the state forms or in the instructions.
