Fire taxes are deducted as your property taxes:

  1. Federal Taxes
  2. Deductions &Credits
  3. Your Home
  4. Property Taxes

Note: If the fire taxes are charged uniformly on each house in your city based on property value, they are tax deductible. If they are charged differently (flat fee per house for example), they are not tax deductible.
