Which version of turbotax should I use? My wife and I are employed and this year work from home 4 days a week. I would like to claim 2 home offices as an expense.

Employee business expenses, including Home Office, are no longer deductible on a federal tax return for tax years 2018 thru 2025 due to the tax code changes.

Are both of you employee's (receive W-2's from your employer) or are either or both of you self-employed?

No. One spouse does and other self-employed, and receives 1099's.

one must work from home 2 days a week and the other self-employed.  Each has separate room  (with 4 walls and a door)  for an office.  Can we claim 2 offices, one used 100% and the 40%?

No, only the self-employed person may claim home office expenses as part of their Schedule C on their Federal return.

The person receiving a W-2 may enter home office expenses on Form 2106 Employee Business Expense, but nothing will be claimed on the Federal return unless working in very specific situations.  There may be a deduction allowed on the state return, depending on the state and whether the state adopted the tax law changes implemented by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act passed in 2017.
