You can still qualify for EIC without dependents.

In case you are asking about the Child Tax Credit. 

It has to ask everyone if you got any Advance Child Tax Credit payments in case you are not claiming a child this year and might need to pay it back.  Or if you are claiming a child this year you didn't claim last year.

 

You need to enter 0 for form 8812.

And....if you are asking about earned income credit----Congress changed the criteria for who can get EIC for 2021, so you might be surprised to find out that you do qualify.

If you are getting EIC it will be on line 27a of your Form 1040.
