Question

Why are numbers from 1099-DIV worksheets not transferred to the Foreign Tax Credit Comp Wks lines 1a and 1b? Is this is a bug?

do you even need the 1116.  Married filing joint if FTC under $600 all others $300.

 

if you need to file have you completed the FTC section on the dividend form including linking to an 1116 and to a column.  1st t1099-div with FTC column A second column.  use various for country.
