Why are only 3 of my 4 kids qulifying for earned income credit why are all 4 not being qualified?

I typed in all fours kids information but when the earned income credit is being totaled up it list 3 of my 4 kids names stating they are eligible but not my 4th child. Why is this?

Because that is the way that Congress wrote the law - 3 children is the maximum.

Earned income credit amount you can receive, does not increase after the 3rd child. Please view this IRS link to see the 2019 maximum credit amounts
