Why can I not see the "tax home" icon on the left of my screen?

Trying to download previous years' files.

IF...if you are using the "Online" software, you probably have to at least start thru some of the 2020 interview questions before the "Tax Home" selection will appear.

Or...if you are using a phone, or some other limited screen device, you click on the hamburger stack in the upper-left corner to get the menu to appear. (Never prepare taxes on a phone...just DON'T)
