Was your chid born in 2020?   If so you have to say she lived with you the whole year----you need to say that for  newborn so you can get the child-related credits.  And you have to enter her Social Security number.    Did you enter income you earned from working?    The CTC is based on having income you earned by working so you will not see the credit until your income has been entered.

 

Look at your 2020 Form 1040 to see the child-related credits you received
