I assume that you are using the Windows or Mac CD/download software, correct?

 

Sometime, when a form is updated and made available, the software update process doesn't catch it and fails to download the updated form..

 

For those of you who downloaded TurboTax from TurboTax itself, I would encourage you to redownload the original software from TurboTax.com. This probably won't have the correct Child Tax Credit form, but the module is clean, so all the updates will be applied the first time you open it (with, one assumes, the updated form).
