Why does Turbo Tax tell me I don't qualify for dependent care credit? Both me and my wife work and we send out 3 year old son to preschool.

Did you make sure your W2 is yours and hers is hers? Go back and double check that the W2's are assigned to each of you appropriately. If both W2's are assigned to the same person it will look like only one of you have income so then you will not qualify.

Also, you can go back through the personal info section to be sure you answered all of the questions correctly, and your child is a Qualifying Child for the credit and that you entered all of the information to qualify for the Child And Dependent Care Credit including your providers Tax ID.
