Question

Why is it making me fill out 8889-T before e-filing? I do not have a 8889-T form, and don't know what I should fill out

You will need to fill out this form if you had HSA/MSA distributions or certain contributions during 2019. You would have received a Form 5498-SA in the mail documenting same.
