You should review your questions in the Earned Income Credit section: Use the search box in the upper right corner to search for EIC. Click on Jump to EIC. Click Continue. The next screen asks, "Did you live in the U.S. for more than six months in 2019?'", answer that Yes. At this point you should get the Earned Income Credit unless there is another reason that you don't qualify for it.

Why is it saying that I'm not eligible for the earned income credit because I didn't live in the u.s. for more than half of the year when I did and how do I change it
