WHY IS IT WANTING ME TO FILE FOR A DISASTER RELIEF WHEN I DIDN'T CLICK ON IT

You can answer "No" to these Disaster Relief" questions.  You may have had one in a prior year that carried forward.

Go to "Personal Income",scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Done with Personal Income."  You will be asked if you have a foreign bank account and then you will be asked if "you took a Disaster Distribution at any time between 2018 and 2022".  Answer "No" if you did not.

Now go to "Deductions & Credits", scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Done with Deductions". Click through the prompts through to your Federal Review.
