Why is the K-40PT Senior low income property relief form? I don't own property and I'm not a senior. Need to remove form.

Why is this form in my state return? And how can I remove it?

It depends. Go to tax tools>tools>delete a form. Look for K-40PT in your Kansas State return and delete the form.
