Why is TurboTax saying "We see your spouse had a break in HDHP health plan coverage during 2022. Let us know if this was the result of a disability"?

I'm inputting my 1099-SA for my HSA, HDHP health insurance coverage.  I don't know where it thinks my spouse lost coverage, I don't think I put that in anywhere.  Does this matter, and if so, how can I fix it?
