I have read related questions on here, so just to anticipate the comments I've seen there, yes I have gone all the way through the HSA interview (several times) and yes I did answer yes to whether i used my distribution for qualified medical reasons, and yes TT generates a Form 8889, yet TT leaves line 15 on Form 8889 blank. As a result, my distributions are showing up as income. How do I fix this?
