Why TurboTax took away my second part of child tax credit

TurboTax said I made over the income limit but I didn’t and they took the remaining 3300 away like it vanished. I just want to know why and how do I get it. I owe the irs and that should have went towards that but it didn’t. Why TurboTax why.

@sbri9996 - let me see if I can help, but need some information from you

1) what is on Line 28 of Form 1040?

2) what is on Line 11 of Form 1040? (this will tell me if your income was too high)

3) what are the ages of your children (as of 12/31/21)

4) what is on Line 14f of Form 8812?

5) if Box 13a checked on Form 8812?

6) how much did you receive from the Advance Child Tax credit from July - Dec, 2021 (please look at your bank statements around the 15th of each month or look at Letter 6419 Warning: if you filed joint - there were TWO letters with the same amount on each letter that need to be added together DO NOT GO FROM MEMORY)

if 4) and 6) do not match, THAT is the problem.
