Why won't the field work on Premier Desktop to put in my property taxes? It will accept for "Other Properties", but not "Main? Is b/c I haven't entered Item Deduct yet?

This doesn't make any sense, as I'm going step-by-step, and Property Taxes section comes up way before the entries that would put me into a Schedule A.   If that's the case, that is very poor design.  If it isn't, then there is a glitch in this program.  Very irritating and not acceptable.

Yes, I transferred everything from 2018.  Unfortunately, right-clicking on the "Main Property" box does nothing.  I forgot to mention that this field has "$0" in it.  Whereas, the other two, "Additional Homes or Land" & "Foreign Real Estate Taxes" just have a $ sign, and I could put anything I want in them, but they are not applicable.

Very strange.

Try this -

Put your cursor in the box with the $0 to highlight the box and then double-click.  Did this bring up a Supporting Details box?

Or put your cursor in the box with the $0 and then click on Edit at the top of the screen.  Click on Supporting Details.

If the Supporting Details box opens then delete the line with $0

If you transferred over info from the prior tax year you will need to right click on that box to bring up the underlying supporting details worksheet that is hidden ... a bit of a glitch that can be worked around.
