Why wouldn't i qualify for the property tax refund credit for 2021 if I received it in 2020?

Nothing has changed from 2020 but I wasn't asked for information for the property tax refund credit.  It is form 140PTC and I don't see it at all.

Revisit AZ credit section and check your entries to make sure you are answering the interview questions correctly. Only credits that you qualify for will populate.

You may qualify for the credit if you were residents of Arizona the entire year and meet all of the following criteria:

  • Paid property taxes or rent on a main home in Arizona during the tax year.
  • Were 65 or older by December 31 of the tax year or received Title 16 Supplemental Security Income.
  • Earned a total household income less than $3,751 and the taxpayer lived alone, or the total household income was less than $5,501.

Please check AmyC response for how to answer the questions related to the property tax refund credit.
