Will turbotax be making updates to reflect the unemployment break and additional child care credit that resulted from the american rescue plan?

Will TT be updated to reflect the changes from the american rescue plan or will the IRS be making the changes after we file our return?

The increase in the Child Tax Credit is effective with the 2021 tax returns to be filed next year, not on the 2020 tax returns.

Any CTC advances in 2021 for the new credit will be completely handled by the IRS.
