Will you help me. I do not have a vehicle but I'm not sure how to bypass the Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit.

Yes, you may have started a  form in your return that you don't need.

I am assuming you're talking about the Colorado Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit. If that's not it, please respond back with more details about what you are trying to do.

To delete the unneeded form in TurboTax Online:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account.
2. Select Deductions & Credits.
3. In the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, then Tools.
4. Select Delete a form, from the list in the pop-up window. 
5. Scroll down the list to your Colorado return and find  Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit Wks, select Delete next to the form.
6. Confirm your Delete, select Continue, then Continue with my return.
7. Select Review and Continue to make sure all error messages are resolved.
