Would my wife get the same child tax credit payment that i recieved. she does not have a 6419 letter.

Yes the full amount received can be split between you. Be sure you can account for the total with your bank deposits. The advance child tax credit (ACTC) should be split between you if you don't have separate letters or if they put the full amount on both letters.
