It's Feb 5th and there is still no where to input this information for the "Invest in Kids" tax credit. When will this be available?

That's interesting.  I see the Personal, Home and Family credits listed in 1.PNG, but none of the credits listed in 2.PNG .  Is there an intermediate step needed to see those listed on 2.PNG?

The credit is entered on the state return, not the Federal. Illinois forms are still being updated. Please try to enter that credit on the state return when that state is finished being updated.

TurboTax online programs are updated each time they are opened.

As you  can see from the chart that IL will not be functional until 1/31 at the earliest ... the program should have told you this in the REVIEW tab ...  https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_il_online_individual.html
