How did you enter the date?  Try to enter the four digits of the year. For example, instead of 10/23/13, type in 10/23/2013.  

 

If still does not work, you might need to contact your lender to verify the date.

Be sure the year is 2020, and not 2021.

It says invalid date on my birthdate so I'm sure it's right and right format. Still says invalid date. Using website because app keeps directing back to website to file
