My son is 18 and he did not have any income from a job this year so no W-2 for 2019. He did file in 2018. He has a 1098-T this year so does he file his own or do I file it on my taxes as the parent and he files nothing? (I do claim him as a dependent this year).

You enter the Form 1098-T on your tax return since he is the student and you are claiming him as a dependent.
