On my 1098-T it has two boxes with information, Box 1 and Box 5. It says on the screen where I can input Box 5 "DON'T INCLUDE AMOUNTS ALREADY LISTED ON A W-2 OR OTHER TAX FORM." Should I list this amount which came from the Kentucky Lottery, i.e. KEYS MONEY, or leave it blank?
