1098-T From Multiple Schools

I have an unusual situation. In my daughter's final semester of college in 2019, she went to two different universities. She carried a full-time load between both schools, but was part-time at each. In the 1098-T from one of the schools, she is shown as less than a half-time student. (she took 5 hours at that school, 9 hours at the other.) Because the student must be at least half-time to be eligible, is there a way in Turbotax to override this requirement since the cumulative education she received between both schools was full-time? Can a statement of explanation be attached to the return?

My wife has three of the 1098T forms. I am not an expert, it's not working for me. I used more than half-time on every entry.

My problem is that she has spent about $1400 beyond what's on 1098T. Her employer paid for the tuition on 1098T. I am having trouble seperating the amounts.
