1098t- Childs scholarships are more than tuition expenses. Her school doesnt give info to what scholarships paid. How do I figure out her taxable income, if any..

Ask your son or daughter to request a Student Account Transcript for 2017 from the school Business Office.  The school should be able to provide a printout or it may be available from them online.

The Student Account Transcript will show the actual amounts paid for Tuition and other expenses in 2017, along with the Scholarships and other payments received.
