1098t information will not be accepted

The 2019 desktop turbotax software I am using will not let me put in the information on my 1098t and says my tution fees are $0. I already tried to follow the tutorial and search 1098t and click the jump to link but it just goes to the did you pay for books or materials to attend school screen. It provides no options to put in my tution cost and says its $0. Can someone help me to put in my 1098t information?

From the books and supplies screen, continue through the subsequent screens until you get to "Your Education Expenses Summary." On that screen, click the Edit button for the student in question. On the next screen, click the Edit button for the college that the 1098-T is from. Two screens after that you get to the 1098-T entry screen and you can enter or modify the information. After you make the changes, be sure to continue through the rest of the interview to the screen to maximize your education credit.

This is a known bug in the interview, but since the 2019 filing season is over, and there's a workaround for the bug, it's not going to get fixed for 2019.
