1099-QA Distribution from an ABLE Account

when I search for Form 1099-QA (distributions from ABLE Accounts ) I only find Form 1099-q in for withdrawals from education 529 plans but not 1099-qa.  The search as suggested in answers to similar questions to jump to forms does not show a 1099qa only various other 1099's.  I am trying to report a distribution for a disabled person who used the funds for housing which is a qualified expense for such an account.  Seems to me there should be a walk through to determine if the distribution was taxable or not just to be sure and also qualify for an accurate tax return (information) guarantee.
