2023 Desktop deluxe version seems glitchy

I've experienced what appears to be many glitchy.  When I entered some info on my return and hit save I got a box that said "we couldn't save this file because it is "read only" or part of  "read only" file such as  CD. Error 567812""  I did a normal install like I've done for years and never encountered this. I did a save as and resaved in a different folder but shouldn't have to IMHO.

 

When I click for help and get taken to TT web,, there appears to be no way to get back to my return. when I close the website my TT closes and doesn't prompt for save an all is lost.

 

When searching for 1099-q which goes to TT site there also is no way to get back to return, it closes the return with no save apparently and all is lost. There should be a hyper link in the program to access a 1099-q as I'm sure there are many folks out there needing to access it.
