I need to amend my return to add the amount of 529 contributions I made but I have been over and over my return in NYS and can not seem to find where I can enter the amount I contributed. I did NOT transfer money from the 529 to pay college expenses, but I should be able to deduct the $10k I contributed. I have gone through the state return 4 times now and there is no question about what contributions I have made. Please help.
