Academic award

I work with the National Council for Preservation Education as a partner for the National Park Service. I receive an ‘academic award as a stipend’ for hours worked. The company stated “ NCPE considers stipends to be academic awards, not wages, and does not
withhold taxes or social security; you will not receive a W-2 or 1099 and your
stipend is not reported to the Internal Revenue Service”

Is this income taxable, if so where do I enter in the amount in stipends received?

    Report as Other Income.
