My dependent son, age 21, is in his 4th year of college. We have received the AOC for the past 3 years. MFJ, our AGI is 141K. After filling in all the info, TT shows son doesn't qualify for reason "not enrolled in program leading to degree, certificate or credential". Yes, he is. Did I input something wrong?

A. Yes.

Go through the entire education interview until you reach a screen titled "Your Education Expenses Summary". Click edit next to the student's name. That should take you to a screen “Here’s your Education Summary”. Click edit next to “Education Information”. The degree/certificate question will come up (it may actually come up sooner)
