any idea when irs is going to finish education expenses form 8863 for 2020?

I am using Turbo Tax 2020 Deluxe and when I get to the education expense, it says irs has not yet updated form 8863. Any idea when irs is going to finish education expenses form 8863 for 2020?

As of today, the form should be available.

If you are using the TurboTax CD/Download software program, open TurboTax and select Check for Updates from the Online menu near the top.
If you are using the online version, it's an automatic update when you sign in and out.

If you have paid qualified education expenses and meet certain requirements, you may qualify for an education tax break including the American Opportunity Tax Credit AOTC, Lifetime Learning Credit or Tuition & Fees deduction. To see if you qualify, here are the links:

I am using the download and it tells me form 8863 is not available yet after performing updates. What can I do?
