I want to know if there is anything related to the coronavirus I can claim on my taxes. I am a full time college student and I work as an essential worker.

No there are no special covid-19 tax breaks just for college students.   If you are not claimed as someone else's dependent then you can enter education credits like American Opportunity or Tuition and Fees, or Lifetime Learning Credit---none of which are covid-related but are related to being a student.  Or if you paid interest on a student loan you can enter the interest you paid.

We do not know your details---so we do not know if you are still young enough to be claimed as a dependent on someone else's tax return.  If so, the education credits go on the return of the person who can claim you.
