You may be eligible for education credits if you claim your children as dependents on your tax return. Please see the TurboTax articles Guide to Tax Form 1098-T: Tuition Statement and What Are Education Tax Credits? For additional information.

Tuition and fees are not "deductible" on the federal return. However, tuition paid for post secondary education (college & vocational) does qualify you or a federal education credit.

If you are asking about K-12 education, there is no federal deduction or credit. Many states do have a tax break (deduction or credit).  If yours is one, it will come up in the state interview.
