If the school considers part of your scholarship as taxable income, you should receive a W-2 from the scholarship’s provider showing the taxable portion in box 1.
Enter the amount of scholarship reported on form 1098-T box 5 in the education section.
Go to Federal Taxes,

There is no place on a W-2 for scholarships. So, it is correct that scholarships and grants are not showing up on your w2 form.
It's rare, but when a student works for the school, sometimes his scholarships will show in box 5 of the 1098-T and also be included in box 1 of his W-2. This is duplicate (and erroneous) reporting.
But, the TurboTax (TT) 1098-T interview handles it. After entering the 1098-T, you will be asked if any of the box 5 amount was already reported on a W-2. When you enter the amount, TT will "back it out".
But, don't do that unless you're sure your school did double report.
