That would be dependent care expenses, not tuition. 

1098Ts are only issued by post secondary institutions (colleges).

If you are claiming childcare so that you could work, you need the SSN or Tax ID of your childcare provider.  Then you enter it under Federal>Deductions and Credits>You and Your Family>Child and Dependent Care Credit
