Can I deduct the 1098-T I received from my child college after the 4-years for the AOTC have expired?

Perhaps. There is the Lifetime Learning Credit and the Deduction for Tuition and Fees - you may be eligible for one of these.  For more information see:

In TurboTax (TT) you enter the 1098-T, the same as you have in the past.  After you tell TT that you have already claimed the AOTC 4 times, TT will select the best of the other two options for you.
