Can I file independent and dependent on FAFSA?

This is one of the complex issues that I am having this year. 

So I am a 22-year-old full-time student living at my sister's home along with our parents. Now when I applied for FAFSA parents were claiming me as dependent on their taxes. Since they are unemployed and I handle all my own expenses. Would I be able to be independent on my taxes and yet still file dependent on FAFSA as I am under 24 years old?

Would parents filing taxes without including me on taxes create more issues? let's say 1098-T (tuition statement) for 2020. Would I be able to file that on my independent taxes?
